OK, this stuff is getting gooood.
This is what came in the bag this week:
–Red Tomatoes
–Yellow Corn
–Apricots
–Summer Squash
–Slicing Cucumber
–Roma Beans
We took the apricots, corn, and squash. Sadly, the squash was on its way out when we picked it up, so we said goodbye to that without eating it. We are, however, making some salads and corn on the cob this week to take advantage of the yummy vittles.
Stay tuned for what we get this coming Saturday. We’re getting a double batch to make up for a week when we were on vacation, and I’m looking forward to seeing what we’ll get!
